FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards 2023

The FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards recognise and celebrate the huge contribution that smaller businesses and the self-employed make to the UK. We are delighted to announce that Oh Yes! Net Zero is sponsoring this year’s ‘Sustainability Award’ for the Yorkshire and The Humber region.

The FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) has been helping small businesses and the self-employed achieve their ambitions for over 45 years.

Their annual awards are free to enter and are open to both FSB members and non-members. Regional winners from each category secure a spot at the prestigious UK final, and a chance to be crowned the UK Small Business of the Year.

We celebrate the UK’s small businesses and recognise each person, company or family that owns, runs, or works in a smaller business. They are our innovators, our economic drivers, and the backbone of our communities.
— FSB

Around 80% of the organisations signed up to the Oh Yes! Net Zero campaign are SMEs, highlighting the impact they can have in the Yorkshire and the Humber region. Their commitment to developing their net zero roadmaps by creating and implementing sustainable solutions is inspirational to other organisations.

It’s a privilege to be able to recognise and honour those who are making incredible efforts to catalyse net zero initiatives and working towards a sustainable future.
— Melissa Rackham, Oh Yes! Net Zero Community Engagement Manager
